A woman stopped me mid-song with a request in her hand. It says, ‘Can my friend sing I WILL SURVIVE with the band?’
We really wanted to show her this, which is permanantly placed on our music stand.
She left in a huff when I tried to explain.

Krisz should put up signs prominently all around the stage (in English AND Mandarin) stating prominently (in Helvetica Size 44 Bold):

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST BAND MEMBERS TO LET YOUR FRIENDS SING ON STAGE
(AND WHILE YOU’RE AT IT, REFRAIN FROM PUTTING YOUR BAGS, DRINKS, FEET OR BUTT ON ANY PART OF THE STAGE!)
